The day of your session:

01

Check-in

Your visit begins at the reception with a quick check-in where we ask one simple question: how do you want to feel today? We help tune the experience to your intention.
02

What to bring?

Please bring swim wear, a towel, a water bottle, and a pair of clean slippers or flip-flops. If you forgot your towel, you can also rent one with us.

Store your belongings in our lockers and top up your water bottle at our hydration point. After the session, you can get ready in the changing rooms, where we provide a hair dryer, deo and other necessities.
03

First timer

First-time guests receive a lightweight visual guide to keep the steps clear, ensuring you feel completely comfortable from the moment you step inside.
04

The ritual

During your 1 hour session, you follow a simple, self-paced cycle: heat, breathe, cold, and repeat. We offer flexible sauna temperatures, gentler cooling options, and cold plunges, but there are no strict rules, timers, or mandatory steps. A sauna-only visit is a complete experience on its own.

Our 3 Golden Rules for beginners

Listen to Your Body

There is no timer or competition. Exit the sauna or plunge whenever it feels right for you.

Keep Breathing

Your body's natural response to cold is to gasp. Consciously slow your breathing down with long, steady exhalations.

Stay Hydrated

Sweating in the sauna uses up a lot of fluids. Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session.

1 hour at your own pace

A session lasts 1 hour. Heat, cold and rest, in whatever order feels right. Warm up in the sauna, cool down with a plunge, and take a quiet moment to let it settle. Go again as often as you like.
